Curriculum
Curriculum used in MTUESD classrooms is State Board adopted and approved by MTUESD Board of Education. It is the intent of the State of California to implement new curriculum every 7 years, but due to the budget crisis, the State has removed laws that were previously in place regarding adoptions. The next subject for MTUESD to adopt is Mathematics. Teaching staff and parents serve on committees to select from approved materials for use in the classroom.
